1. Return Eligibility
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 07 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@threadshot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you initiate your return. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
